Romantic Meets Industrial

Despite the soft, feminine colors and textures in this Östermalm apartment, it doesn't look overwhelmingly girlish next to the straight lines of the furniture. These photos are a great inspiration for combining 2 different styles successfully.

Glamorous Paris Apartment (Klavs Rosenfalck)

This stunning Paris apartment (which has been around since the 1860s!) was recently transformed into a modern yet glamorous space by designer Klavs Rosenfalck.

Wow. PlusDeMille's jaw is officially on the floor!

And a floating staircase, similar to this one featured here!

Minimal French Flat

Who could guess that this contemporary flat occupies the top 2 floors
of an 18th century building?

The minimal apartment faces the Eglise Saint-Gervais on one side
and the Hôtel de Ville de Paris on the other.

The floating steel staircase is what really sets this flat apart.
Designed by French architecture and design studio Ecole.
